SPORTS INJURY

Sports, especially the contact sports, leads to various injuries such as strain, sprain, knee injury, fracture, rotator cuff injury, torn ligaments and tendons, and swollen muscles.

Most common areas for sports injuries include ankle, foot, and lower leg. The risk of sports injury is more in children as compared to adults.
